  • How can I start a course

    Starting is easy! Simply browse our courses and select the ones you like from our course list. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to create your personal student account. If you already have an account, just log in and choose the courses from the list..

  • When will my course start?

    You can start your course right after you’ve made the successful payment. You will also receive lifetime access to your course. That means you can start the course at a later time, take as many breaks as you like, and even retake the entire course in the future.

  • How long is a course

    We packed all the essentials into powerful short courses. Each course takes between 1.5 and 3 hours. All our courses are 100% online, self-paced, and text-based (including lots of pictures, graphs, and diagrams). No additional reading material is required.   • What are the starting requirements

    All our courses are designed for both students and non-students. Therefore, you need neither previous knowledge of management concepts nor any formal application to start. All you need is a web browser and some motivation!

  • Am I eligible for admission?

    Every school and program has different admission requirements for accepting students. These requirements can often be found on the program profiles. If you’d like more information or if the information is missing, submit a “Request Information” form to contact the institute directly.

  • How much does a course cost?

    With our current discounts, our online courses cost between SAR10 and SAR15. These costs include the course content as well as your personal certificate. There are no additional costs. You can find all prices here.

  • How can I pay?

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), major debit cards, and Paytabs for your payment. Unfortunately, we do not accept manual bank transfers. If you use the credit card of a third party (e.g. family member or close friend), please make sure that this person approves your payment.

  • When do I need to pay?

    All of our courses have to be paid upfront. You can start studying immediately after the successful payment.

  • How do my paments fail ?

    There are various reasons why a payment may fail. Here are some error sources and solutions:

    • Check your entered credit card details for mistakes
    • Make sure there is enough money on your account
    • Use Paytabs as alternative payment
    • Use another credit card

    You can contact a school by filling out a “Contact Us” form. This form can be found to the right of both the institute and education program profiles and also at the bottom of these profiles.

  • Where should I study abroad?

    Only you can answer this question. However, we have some excellent resources to help you make the best decision. Take our "Where Should I Study Abroad?" quiz or read our country guides for an in-depth look at studying in specific countries.

  • How do I find a study abroad program on edmo.com?

    You can find programs through our Find Education search tool. You can select the category you’d like to study, such as hospitality or business; the place where you’d like to study, whether a certain country or city; and/or the type of program, such as Bachelor or Master.

  • How do I find a school where I want to study?

    Locating schools to study is exactly the same as finding an education program (see above question). Once the search results appear, click on the "Institutes" tab to view the institutes, or use our Find Schools search tool.
